[Controlunittalk] Control Unit survey

As part of the Unlock the Box campaign, and recent efforts to put 
together an agitational film to support the struggle, we have been 
compiling a list of control units across the united states, 
including the number of people in these units. As expected, this 
information is not always readily available and we are looking to 
improve and verify the information that we have with others.
